Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 2–4 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Our apparel runs true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for a fitted look.

Our apparel is produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing via Gelato — a premium global print-on-demand platform. DTG printing delivers sharp, vibrant prints that hold up wash after wash.

Turn garments inside out before washing. Cold wash only. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over the print. This keeps your design looking sharp for longer.

We use Gelato's global fulfilment network, which means your order is printed and shipped from the closest production facility to you. This reduces shipping time and our environmental footprint.

Immediately. After checkout, you'll receive an email with your download link. You can also access your downloads from your account page. Download links are available for 30 days from purchase.

Most products are delivered as PDF files. Tracker tools also include Excel (.xlsx) files compatible with Google Sheets. The product page will always specify the format.

Absolutely — that's the point. All PDFs are designed to print cleanly on standard A4 or A5 paper. Wall art posters are high resolution and can be taken to any print shop for A3 or A2 printing.

Digital products are for personal use only and are not to be shared, resold, or redistributed. Each purchase is licensed to one individual.

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale. Read our full returns policy.

We'll make it right — immediately. Send us a photo of the issue at hello@leanerfitness.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. No hoops to jump through.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we're unable to accept returns once a file has been accessed. If you're having an issue with your purchase, reach out and we'll find a solution.
